Ease up, Sir. The cookies are great. Might we offer you one? Seriously, though, I believe you are missing the point. What took place there was twofold. First, we demonstrated that we take pleasure in the simple things, like eating cookies. Second, we put an end to the discussion that skirted on the edge of One of Twelve’s liberation before it could reach the point where she might have another violent outburst. I am not privy to the messages Mrs. Wegere receives from Admiral Allaron at Starfleet Intelligence during these sessions (despite having the clearance that I could), but I can tell by the wording of her statements that he believes there might be something in those sensor logs that One of Twelve needs to discover in order to come to terms with her liberation. So ease up on the perceived impropriety in this report. We need to take this one day at a time, and regardless of the methods, One of Twelve will probably turn out to be the best Liberated Borg to pass through your rehabilitation facility.
